Try a firmware Update... It could fix this issue.. I can’t provide any changelogs.. Sorry for that. Try pressing the Button „8“... I read something about the „T“ -Button. I will send you tomorrow my manual of the Lapower.

I just "studied" the update process that included in your pdf, and I noticed, according to the pictures, there is a SD CARD SLOT behind the device, next to the fiber optic connector!?. My device DOESNT HAVE this SD card slot!!?? I plugged the update card into the slot at the front, maybe thats why it didnt update?! can you confirm this information?? Maybe my device was the early generation, and didnt have this slot?! The paper that came with the device (when I bought it), said "LaPower 1600 serie"........

I could imagine that this is why your LAPOWER won’t update. Where did you buy it? And how old is your Module.. ?

I bought my on amazon, at the end of 2018..... so it shouldnt too old. Its worked fine except listing the wrong song names, and difficult (dont know how) to switch sources.!!!

Okay.. I would suggest to contact the seller or contact mr12volt.com ... They have an Contact-Area.

Thank you. The user manual came with the device looks similar to that, except it doesnt have the section show how to change sources. Also press #6 doesnt work for me. I figured out press and hold Mute, Unmute for 1 second will switch sources!!

Try unplug your command power and the la power... try reset the lapower...

Yea i did the plug unplud, reset dance.....Probably needs to be replaced. I'll try the unit from my ML, that I know is working 100%.

I would say this is not a good deal... No 3rd Party Radio has this brilliant sound and clean look.
And also no 3rd party radio has this brilliant radio tuner.

It was working fine, then got a little flaky connecting (according to my son) now the blue light won't come on, only the red. I think it's the BT transmitter. If all else fails I'll try the update and open it up and check the board.
