Which tires require brake pad sensors?

I have a 2005 E320 4Matic. I think I only need sensors in the passenger front and rear but can't find the information anywhere. Can anyone confirm?

II think you may be confused. The tires should be completely independent from any brake sensors.

Are you asking which pads have the wear sensor installed in them when changing the pads?

I think he meant which side requires sensor... on my w211 it need on both front and both rear, I've heard on some usa w211s it just needs on one rear side and both front.

But sensors are always changed when you put new pads, usually they come with the pads. you say that you just need it in one side? it's vibrating, then brake disc as well.

no pads I got OEM Mercedes have come with the sensors.
If you are sensor has not gone off there’s no need to replace it with a new one either
