W211 Gear Stuck - VGS - But Works after 1/2 Hour!!

Hi,

Its my first post, this car is driving me crazy, its E280 Year 2009, now my issue is after driving the car for like more than half an hour, if I switch off the car, I get ESP inoperative error; and gear stuck in 2 or one (think this is emergency mode )I had bought the iCarsoft MB2 and also got the car diagonstic by a Mercedes Garage not the stealers!!; anyway I get the below error messages about component Y3/8n4.

What happens then is if I switch the car off for almost 1/2 an hour (I think until it cools down, don't know) then everything goes back to normal and gear is not stuck in gear 2 (if comfort is set or 1 if Sport is set); and no ESP errors; and I drive with no issue until the next switch off of the car.

Some other times if I trun the steering wheel side to side several times with several tries it also works.

I cannot also find the conductor part online, here it costs around 1600$ to fix for new conductor plate only.

I found some eBay listings to fix the plate, can they be trusted like this one here "https://www.ebay.com/itm/112141838892?ul_noapp=true"

I really need your help here.
