Please tell me if this is at least a decent deal, so I can renegotiate if it isn't.

What is the MSRP, the "selling price", the residual and the money factor. I was quoted $832/mo for 39 mos with $2,300 down and 15,000 miles per year on a car they would sell for $500 over invoice. This was also for a 320 4Matic.

money factor think was .00235 or .00245 and the residual was like 48% for 48 months. msrp was 56k and change and he was giving it to me around 2500 off it was like 53k and change. He is currently looking for the color I want so there was no agreement made just a deposit.

I was quoted a MF of 00330. Last week (still in the month of May) he quoted me 00265 but said that ended on May 4th and the car needed to be delivered by May 14th. I'm a little suspect of this.

you should be............. I've been to several dealers and was quoted at max .00265 they even told me on the clk500 it was .002

Its' amazing that when they increased the amount of the trade, they bumped the MF! The difference in the MF ends up being $2100 and they increased the trade value by $3,000. So really they only improved the deal by $900.

My sticker was nearly 67K, I pay 800 flat including taxes, 39 mos, 4K down + fees
