Thanks Steven, I suppose you mean having the smartkey to constantly transmit a signal will drain its battery rather quickly?

I'm a firm believer in Parktronic. While Keyless Go is a cool option, and can be very useful, I can't see it outweighing the benefits of Parktronic. I typically find myself parking in tight spaces, and knowing that I'm going to have plenty of warning before I scratch my 60K+ car is "a good thing". Just pulling in/out of my garage I'm using Parktronic exstensively, since I have very little leeway when backing up.
And I like how it works giving me a very distinct sequence of lights to see how close I'm getting. I drove a Navigator as a rental when I was in Hawaii, and it had only a rear parking aid, and it used the beeping method. Could never really tell how close I was getting.
My friend has both on his SL, and he loves both of those features.
Hainvg to choose one, I say Parktronic, otherwise get both!
