Vehicle idling and driving rough when cold
I have an issue with my 2007 E350.
Recently it has started to idle rough on startup. I can feel vibration in the cabin on idle. If i rev the engine in park, I can feel the vibration through the rev range.
As I begin driving, I can still feel a slightly rough drive as I accelerate.
The issue lasts for around 10 minutes until the engine gets warm.
Once warm, the engine is very smooth and if I rev it in park, it is smooth throughout the range.
Something important to mention: I think my secondary air pump is faulty. It was making a loud whining noise when operational, but now the noise is gone. No fault codes but I have a strong suspicion that it has packed up. Could this have anything to do with the issue?
Notes:
Spare plugs replaced 40k kms ago.
Serviced (oil, filter and air filter) 10k kms ago.
Scan tool showed no faults
I run Vpower 98 octane fuel from the same service station
Please would anybody be able to point me in the right direction?
For those interested, I was able to solve my issue. The car had a failed rear transmission mount. $160 spent at the garage and its all fixed up.

I have a vibration at idle (at a stop light) but the tach is steady. I have not had a chance to see under the car yet. Does the tranny have just one mount?
