need help...what can I expect to get for my 2004 e320
Due to unforseen cicumstances, I may need to unload my 2004 E320
Here's what it's got,
Alabaster White $48075 retail
Sunroof $1240
Appearance package $3880 retail
lighting package $1180
heat package $900
Harmon Kardon $950
Nav $1200
voice recognition system $1995
100K extended warranty $1580
The car has 10,300 miles on it and is mint. Retail is about 60K new. The stealer said they'd give me 40K for it. What's realistic from a private party or a fair trade in value?

BASED SOLELY OFF OF THE ORIGINAL MSRP, IS HOW MOST DEALERS WOULD FIGURE VALUE, TRADING IN, WE GIVE NOTHING EXTRA FOR X-TENDED WARRANTY, BECAUSE IT DOES US NO GOOD. ALSO APPEARENCE PACKAGE FOR HOW MUCH?. ALSO A LITTLE MILEY FOR AN 04. WHOLESALE PROBABLY MSRP LESS 20%, IF YOU NEED TO GET RID OF THIS CAR DO SO QUICK, ONCE 05s HIT THE GROUND BENZ GIVES DEALERS CASH OUT MONEY ON REMAINING 04s AND THIS WILL DEFINETLY HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON THE VALUE OF YOUR CAR.

I'm confused. How can you have the appearance package and the lighting package? They both include the xenon lights!!!
On KBB, a 2003 is worth about 38k-39k on trade-in with your equipment and mileage in excellent condition. All fo the options are worth $1300-2300. For resale, the base model with a sunroof is the way to go!!!
Also, while we are straighting this out, do you have Parktronic and the fold down rear seat package? If so, I may be interested!
