Question Engineering Menu Question - Odometer Tampering?

I recently got a 2008 E63 and was playing around with the menus in the Comand system. Tried going to the Engineering Menu, and went into the sub-menu "Errors" and it brought up a list of 50 GUA error list. Under each of the 50 items, it has a couple of lines of data, one of which is "Mileage." The mileage listed is about 68,000 miles more than the odometer reads. Having no idea what the items on the menu actually mean, I'm a little concerned that there might have been some tampering with the odometer, but somehow it didn't affect the engineering menu items.

So, should I be concerned or is just some arbitrary number?

Mileage in engineering mode is listed in KMs (blame the Germans)... thus -- 178kms = 110mls.

Ahhh, that would make sense. I guess mileage comes off the tongue a little better than kilometerage.
