New to the forum, and owning a MB. I've got a 2004 E320 4matic and am having an issue. 3 weeks ago while driving, it started hesitating, and shaking. After about 20 seconds it went away and was fine. Now, the other day (and ever since then), when I start to accelerate, it will start slowly and then around 30mph it will start to hesitate and start to buck. I've got 172K on it, and this is the only issue that I've had. From previous owner, I was told it was serviced at a local MB dealer for the last 10(+/-) years that he owned it. Now, I do work on my other vehicles, and am thinking that the fuel pump and filter may be the culprit.
My question is, has any one else experienced this, or something similar before?
Any info/insight will be greatly appreciated.
