What Accessory Is That?

I recently bought a 2008 E-320 MB and inside the center console is a device similar to a handheld phone. I found nothing in the owner manual about that. That is also wired to somewhere to the car.
Can someone help me on that?
Thanks

It could be a Bluetooth puck, any pictures?

Does it look like this? If yes, that's the Bluetooth puck.

Or, how to remove this pack from center console?

It's only for phone calls and won't do music. I have no idea how to remove it.

Either it slides up or down, it's on pretty tight. I suppose if you remove it, you could sell it on eBay. The 3rd gen brown puck is worth a little more than the 2nd gen silver one. You basically press the button on the bluetooth puck, hold it down for a while and then pair it with your phone. Instructions are out there, pretty basic. The code to pair with your phone is MB-USA or 62872.
