2004 E500 Hesitation when stopping

HI everyone, I need some help. I have a 2004 E500 130k. It recently started hesitating when I come to a stop and most recently it cut off when I took a turn into my driveway. It's not pulling a code and it doesnt do it all the time. I don't think the plugs or coil packs have been changed but I didn't want to start throwing parts at it. The mass airflow sensor was recently replaced. How would I know if it's a failing throttle body?

thank you

You ever find the issue? I have a similar issue. I've replaced spark plugs, coil packs, MAF sensor to no avail.

Only ever had one code come on (cylinder 1 misfire) and most recently the MAF SENSOR which I replaced. Still have the same issue. I have fuel injectors on their way, can't really think of what else it could be.

Could be the EGR Valve opening or closing when it's not supposed to. MY E500 had some hesitation and a few misfires for awhile and just finally threw a code for the EGR Valve, albeit intermittent even at 180K miles on the original. New one is on order under $100 USD.
