Engine life cycle and perfomance
Dear Colleagues,
What happens to the engine life if, I drive my car with 2000 rpm with the speed of 80 Kilo per hour in the S mode, my car is w211 240 European specs?

It burns fuel and gets you down the road.
There are some folks that say treating an engine as you describe leads to problems because it isn't being allowed to get any exercise, just as there are those who would say that's the best way to not stress an engine thusly making it last a long time.
Just drive it. Don't beat on it, but don't baby it either. Nothing like a good Italian Tuneup to clear out the intake manifold flaps.

"Italian tune-up" is proved to work on several levels. Especially with gasoline engines, when diesels shine at constant rpm.
