Rear SAM unit bad? Multiple Codes
I'm having problems with my 2008 Mercedes E350 rear right tail light not working intermediately. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't when it does not work there are NO error messages present on the dash board. I ran a diagnostic and i had the following codes stored. Additionally the stored codes indicate fuel gauge faults but i have not noticed any fuel gauge issues. Do the stored codes present a potential failing rear SAM unit? Or could it be something else?
9085- The measured value of component B4/2 (fuel gauge sensor, right half of tank) is outside the tolerance range
9086 - The measured value of component B4/1 (fuel gauge sensor, lefthalf of tank) is outside the tolerance range
9055 - Component E4e4 (right stop lamp) is faulty or the line to the component has a short circuit or open circuit
9070 - Component E18/4 (right trunk lamp) is faulty or the line to the component has a short circuit or open circuit
9057 - Component E18/5 (left trunk lamp) is faulty or the line to the component has a short circuit or open circuit
9010 - Component E6/1 (left front side marker) or lead has short circuit to ground or open circuit

Out Of Control!!
Have you reviewed the wiring diagrams and confirmed that the rear SAM is the voltage supplier to the concerned areas or where the voltage is switched to the areas.

Thank you for the responses, after trouble shooting i determined that the LED module/bulb is bad. After closer examination the right tail light brake light was not actually dead, but very dimly lit, i applied voltage to both LED brake bulbs after i removed them from the tail light assembly's and it was very obvious that the driver side was very dimly lit compared to the passenger.

OEM MB dealers are usually cheaper than sites that sell new MB parts because I think they have to buy it from an OEM MB dealer and then mark it up.
