blurry rear window
blurry rear window
As I get used to the car, I'm noticing different things.
Yesterday as I was driving home, at night, the lights from the cars behind me looked blurry. I thought I was tired. Then, this morning I noticed again that the cars behind me were blurry - I wasn't tired this time. I moved around to look through the rearview mirror, through the rear window, at different angles, and noticed that window created distoration around 1/3rd of the way down from the top.
Anyone else notice this? Do I have a defective rear window?
There is a thread for the c-coupe that mentions that the window bends and therefore causes distoration, but no threads or mentions on the e320.
I can live with it, I just have to remember at night that that is one car behind me, not 2 (one on top of the other).
Thanks again.

I've noticed some distortion not in the rear but in the front windshield. Looking out the front and to the right while sitting in the drivers seat, there appears a vertical blur about 2" in from the front roof pillar on the passenger's side. A bit annoying--anyone else notice this?
