Camshaft Control Valve
Anyone familiar with camshaft control valve replacement procedure. I'am replacing part #s 2720500578 and 2720500478 . I have a 2007 E350 4Matic

Well took to recommended shop and they scanned and did software emissions monitors testing and all seemed OK; CE light came off; the engine skipping or hesitation stopped and drove another 50 miles in order to visit official emissions, after which passed the state mandated emissions test .
Don't know what happened. Any ideas??
