brake pedal vibration in 2004 E320...
PS--has anyone noticed that most 2004 E320 wagons are 4matic??I know the E500 comes standard with it, but even the E320's I see have 4matic....just curious
When you say "stepping" on the brake pedal, do you mean just generally or do you mean REALLY stepping on them? Standing on the brakes in a panic stop can activate the ABS, in which case you can feel vibration from the rapid opening and closing of the calipers on the rotors.
As for me, I've never noticed any sounds or vibrations in general braking.

And there is one more thing, does all of your brake pedal make a "click" noise everytime you step on it?? ....cuz none of my other cars does this including my clk....
1. There is a software update - this has done little on my 05 model w211 270CDI - not much change....
2. Apparently the pipes to the compressor can be cahnged - this is a bigger job, will not completely remove the probelm but should help. I plan to have this done at my first service.
Wierd though isn't it....
Assuming MB has this type of switch... but it might have some other switch resting against the brake pedal "arm".

the build of the car is 10/03. It's my grandpas car, but I have noticed it when I have driven it
