2009 E300 4-Matic

Hey everybody.
I am the proud owner of a 2007 CLK 550 coupe, and I just came across a 2009 E300 for sale for about 12 grand CDN. 145000 km. My daily driver is a 2015 Focus 5 speed manual. I am sick of driving the Fuchus, and would enjoy a 4-matic in the harsh northern Alberta climate and the *** high snow we get.

Question is, is this a good car? It has the 3.5 6 in it with the 5 speed automatic..
Does it have a magnetic suspension? (something other than mc struts and shocks?)
Weird brake computerized thingy? My CLK has none of that.
Does the E class have the same cam solenoids that the 5.5 does? Is it the same basic engine as the CLK 6 cylinder?
Is there any issues with the transmission like the CLK's conductor plate?
What about soft gears in the timing chain system? Like some CLK's?

I know I've asked a lot of questions in one post, but I am probalby going to go hand over a bunch of cash for this car. It's silver and freaking beautiful. I need it, I want it.

2006 was the last year of SBC.

A 2009 model year should not be affected by the balance shaft issue anymore.

The SBC brake was eliminated with the facelift in 2006.
