1997 E320 - oil in the coolant reservoir

I just got a message on the dashboard that my coolant lever was low. I added a bit of coolant and drove for a day. Checked the coolant level the next day and I found the creamy mustard like oil mixture in the coolant reservoir. I did not get any other warnings or messages. What could have caused that?

Your car is W210 and you will find the answers in W210 section.
Seek radiator ATF heat exchanger.
Most likely you have coolant in your transmision, what will destroy it- if you don't address the leak fast enough.
