Exclamation 2004 e500 A/C issue!!

Hello everybody, I'm a fellow Mercedes enthusiast and just wanted to say hello as this is my first post ever.
I'm currently driving a 2004 e500 4matic wagon.. for some reason I'm having a ac problem.

The issue is that I am getting VERY to no air through my vents. Air does come through barely on the highest setting
but almost none. However.. air is shooting out of my passenger foot vent. So far I have looked at my blower motor
and resistor and those seem to be working fine and work accordingly. The blower motor speeds up accordingly to the fan speed
im just not getting much air through my center vents, it's all coming through my passenger feet vents almost.
Im lost for a solution so I'm asking for help. All answers are greatly appreciated as ac is very important for where I live.

Update... there was two flaps under the glove box right before the. Lower motor cover that we're off. I put them back on which helped out airflow
a little but still very little airflow coming through vents even on blast. It's like the air is being blocked somewhere. No more air coming through passenger feet vents though.

First thing is first >>> did you replace the filters?
Right now you can buy $150 scanner that will do flaps test and I think that will be the quickest way.

I changed the cabin air filter located in on the passenger side under the hood. Is there other filters I need to change?? I was thinking of getting s HVAC
scanner like you said and hoping that would bring a solution to the problem. But then again I am worried because I read there are 11 motors/actuators for my car which require the dash to be pulled apart to get to haha. I will for sure get a scanner tool.. any stores you recommend for a decent one??

You might be the first on on the forum getting on such job, but I heard that electric flappers on W211 have easier access than on older models, who were vacuum-operated.
I do have iCarsoft MBII scanner and I think I have seen flappers program on it, but right now I am not at home, so can't confirm it.
I think at present time at $150 it is the best value for MB, but read the scanner description.
