I did not do anything to rear.
Original 4-zones have ventilation ducts in door pillars.
Mine 2008 is post lift, but I think it does not matter for climatronic.
I'll be selling this car later this year and am thinking about putting factory climatronic back, meaning I might have 4-zones for sale.

4-zone has much more components, so , installing front 4-zone panels is just for display and REST button and will not operate other options that you still lack.

here is my suggestion since you didn‘t test the compressor with a CLT before replacing it. The pressure/temp sensor is $80 which BTW is located on the HIGH side so I would replace it and eat the cost but before you do that are both fans coming on when you select max cooling? A CLT is $350—$500 a mecedes WIS MANUAL is $15 on dvd
can you imagine if all this trouble was only a fan relay

Pressure sensor shows correct data.Exactly what gauge shows.I already have WIS,trying to figure it out.I have autel 908p,but wish I would have access to factory scan tool

For 2008 MB deleted refrigerant temp sensor, so it is no longer there. The scanner will read 99C from what I remember,
I tried autotell, but returned it since for the same price iCarsoft gave me DPF regeneration. But it was always that this scanner support 1 function, the other one doesn't.
I still think MaxiEcu for shop troubleshooting is the best value, but driving with computer on is not too convenient.

What was the status of the car at the time when you took the readings?
Your interior and exterior temp shows the same, while picture of the dashboard would indicate you tried to force AC to freeze.
Start with sensor reading (last picture) in the morning before engine start. That will check sensors calibration.
I am still missing cores temp.

Your screens show reading #149 and then next one shows 281.
The cores temp should be between those numbers.
Again give us the numbers from cold car.

it's autel 908P.I have limited access to the car-I hate to bother the lady in the morning.There is no other live data from the scanner.
I am giving up.I will have to order factory MB star scan tool.

I think you are mislead by your scanner.
Compressor is mechanical, taking power from the belt, so it doesn't take any electricity, as well there is no real way to measure load.
You have control electrically -operated, but they are mostly on/off, so amps value has no meaning when compressor turns.
If your scanner shows load, it has to be assumed value and never needed for troubleshooting.
You seem to set your mind in some unrealistic ideas, where there is well establish troubleshooting procedure.

Update-replaced alternator,which was still under warranty-it was charging at 14.2 to 14.4,so normal,but had one previous code 0365 operational fault of component g2. Guess what-Ac is working fine now.The code was cleared and wasn't coming back when testing the AC,but still must have affect on it's module,which didn't show any dtc's.
Mercedes is weird.If it was VW/Audi/Porsche or any other normal brand-I would have code in HVAC system and would have made my work 100% easier.If I have to deal with more MB vehicles,I will have to get star connect c4 scan tool-perhaps they may show more then Autel does.Autel has the module in menu and it didn't show any DTC or anything abnormal.
Anyways-if anyone has issues like mine and tried the obvious-look into your voltage regulator.
