Misfire after not driving car for about a month.

I have a 2004 e320. Can having a low battery voltage cause a misfire? I haven’t pulled the code yet for the engine light but it feels like a misfire. It is really cold today and I went to go start the car but it seemed to struggle to start. When I unlocked the doors the door locks were slow and other electronics were slow along with the lcd display. I figure the battery voltage was getting low as the car has just been sitting in the cold for a month. Similar thing happened to my e350 after sitting for a couple weeks but the misfire went away on its own. Looking for some insight or if anyone has had a similar experience. Thanks in advance.

Turn on the dashboard voltmeter before starting the car and monitor the voltage as you drive. Youtube will show you how to activate the VM.
