2003 E320 Dash " BRAKE " Warning!!

I Hope someone can Help me ,My 2003 E320 Just Gave me This Dash Brake Warning ,Picture # 1 ,when I hooked up The Scanner This is what Came up ,Picture # 2 ,I checked everything ,Brakes work Fine ,all The Wheel Brake Sensors are working fine ,and all Fuses are working Fine Except The Big Orange 40 amp in ,Picture # 3 (Red Arrow) ,There is No Power running Through with The Car on or Off can someone Help ,Tell me what I need to Fix to get rid of The Dash " BRAKE " Warning ?

W211 E320 CDI Sportpackage With Carlsson CD32 Chip 2004
I woud definitley replace the 40 a Orange with a working one. Maybe the breakpedal switch underneath the brake. 6 euro pièce.

Hydaulic unit check f72 & 73 @ front prefuse box shown above. FYI 40A fuse is for secondary air pump (M33).

Forgot to Mention The Orange 40 amp Fuse is intact and complete not broken,but has no Power going through either end

Also with The Car Running I tested the Brake pedal with the Scanner and it showed the pedal switch working Fine

Konigstiger I Checked F72 And F73 The Fuses were good but I did unplug the wires going to them and plugged them back ,And The " Brake Warning " Went Away for a Couple of Hours Then Came Back ,But The Fuses are Good any Other Suggestions thanx

C23CD unit A7/3 (hydraulic traction unit) internal error. Have dealer check unit under extended warranty.
