Schedule D 120k mile service

So I am due for this, called up the dealer and they told me $637 total. I read it was supposed to be a 4 hour service, asked and they said well not really more like 3 or so. I also read that some dealers do not include certain things that other dealers include in that service, so what exactly should I be looking for to make sure is included? I'm just not trying to pay all that money for a glorified oil change, and when I asked him what it included he said oil change/filters/fluids etc.

Pull up FSS on your instrument cluster. That will show you which services are due in this Service D. The service numbers displayed on the instrument cluster will reference as per the attachment.

Wow this is great! I can pretty much see everything that is included on the mileage ones at least. Do you know if the "every 2/3 years" is from purchase date or model year or what?

But that is definitely way more than a glorified oil change, and the cost is to be expected at the dealer. Thanks.

The CGW calculates the maintenance intervals with Day 1 the day the power is applied to the CGW when the car is assembled. If the CGW needs to be replaced, the techician will use STAR to pull the data from the old CGW and xfer it to the new CGW. If you look at my post here:
https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post7250102
you will see my latest service at that time was 4533 days after activation; that's about 12 1/2 years. My car is a 2005 and my post was 12 1/2 years after the build.
