MS Autoroute Europe Program
Hi all. I'd like to purchase a copy of Microsoft Autoroute 2004 Europe to help me plan ED pickup of our new CDI, but haven't been able to find it here in the USA. Can anybody help me out with a US source (or a UK source that'll ship to the US)?

there has to be several comperable programs out there. Look around unless this prgm has something you specifically desire. Doesn't MB have a route planning option inclusive of the package?

Autoroute Europe is supposedly the Euro equivalent of MS Streets & Trips, which I've relied on for years and would prefer to stick with.

Autoroute doesn't appear to be available in the US. MapPoint is Microsoft's business version of Streets and Trips. There is a European version of that: MapPoint Europe 2004.
It is included with the MSDN Universal Edition, which programmers in your company may have. It is not on the DVDs. They have to download it. However, it doesn't register so use is easy.
It is also available on trial from Microsoft for 30 or 60 days.
Keep in mind: MapPoint does allow you to combine trips or do anything sophisticated with the routes. For instance, you can't make some sections 120mph and others 80mph.
The maps are complete for Germany, Austria and most of Europe.
