2003 e55 w211 Ticking coming from throttle body and no throttle response P0638
Guys I need so help! One day my car battery was dead so I jumped the car after jumping the car I got battery codes along with the P0638 code and the car was idling very rough and I also had no throttle response. So after have battery issues with my car I finally broke down and purchased a new battery after installing the battery the car was still having the same issues.
I really don’t know where to go from here. When I turn the key to the run (2nd) position, there is a clicking sound clearly coming front the throttle body blade as it move slightly back and forth. One the car is started the idle is extremely rough oscillating between 800-1100 rpms and I have 0 throttle response in park. (I have not attempted to drive the car. Any suggestions?

Turn the key to position 2 and wait. You should start hearing the throttle body clicking away as it goes through its self adjustment routine. This is unrelated to your engine not running. Check your fuel pressure.
