Comand not recognising Viseoo 3000+
E320 wagon ( estate ) 2003
Set up was working fine. A recently added Viseoo was connecting smoothly to our mobiles, until I flipped the console and managed to have the Viseo unit out of its cradle..
Well that wasnt a good move as it wouldnt then retalk to the mobiles... re "pairing", resetting does zero.. our iPhone n android units do connect to the Viseoo, which itself is getting power out of the cradle..but despite that we get the 'no phone' response on the Comand unit
Tks in advance to any response
Not being a sparky and little exposure to electronics, does anyone have some ideas for me to check where the issue lies. Test the cable/cradle.multimeter .? is there a method of checking the Comand for issues with its telephone connections /profile..

Viseoo
Its a 3rd party electronic unit in shape of a mobile containing a chip with software, playing the role of a mobile phone.
Thereby enabling modern phones to connect with it (via bluetooth ) and still enable the mercs head unit to interact..
It fits into the cenrre console cradle for the original mobile phones.
The alternative is generally to buy a replacement upgrade head unit to get bluetooth.from yr phone as well as modern sat nav etc..
