Command radio will not work!!

Command radio will not work!!
My car is only two weeks old and the command system just displays the mercedes benz logo and all i can do is power it off and on. i can't play the radio, no cd's, nothing. it was working fine earlier today and then i started the car and nothing happened. whats wrong with my radio? is there a way for me to reset it? I can't live without it HELP.

4/7/04 bulletin P-B-82.85/325b - Audio system intermittently not functioning.
For all those recently taking delivery, or waiting on delivery DO NOT automatically take for granted that your car has all available fixes because it's new. Before taking physical delivery it would best to have your dealer's service department verify that all available fixes have been applied and all systems are up to date (ECU, audio, etc).
