Exclamation Speeker problem. Need advice.

Got another weird problem on my 2002 w211 e270cdi.
The speaker on the left side of the car stopped working while I was listening to the radio.
What the weird thing is, is that if I switch to CD mode, they all work perfectly fine and if I go back to the FM radio mode it goes back to the left side not working again...
The radio unit is an Audio 50.

UPDATE:
After a week, I now drive with the radio completely turned off, because the speakers started making crackling noises.

Put your location in your profile. It's more helpful than your trying to be funny bit with it.

Your car is a 2003, not a 2002. 2002 model years cars were still the W210 (with the exception of the S211 (W210 wagon) which carried over for one year). Since you mention Audio 50 it's obvious you have a 2003 model year car. You will do nothing but confuse people trying to help you by saying your car is a 2002.

First of all.. there's no point in me putting my location here, because I'm not from the states or other well know places in the world. English is not my native language, so my location here is pointless.. If I wanted help from someone around me, this wouldn't be the place were I would ask for advice.

And about the years, my vehicle registration states that this Mercedes was first registered in 2002 so that what I put here.. Maybe it's a US thing that these models were released in 2003... I don't know..

When the car was first registered and what the model year are won't always be the same. When it was sold/registered is not the model year for it.

The majority of the people that answer questions here are based in the US. Drop the attitude and work with the people that will answer your questions if you want some help.

So how does that work do you think ? A car is registered in 2002 to an owner, but the owner doesn't get the car until 2003 ? Doesn't work that way in Europe.
And forgive me if you assume I have an attitude but i'm not the telling people to do what they don't want to do. Even if i was in the States, if i didn't put my location in, probably means i'm not interested in meeting.
I'll kindly work with people who try to help by looking into the topic, which quite honestly, I think you're not one of them.

To make matter easier for people trying to help, can you post a picture of your stereo? You'll get meaningful response from forum members that way.

Relax, Destrakt, Strigoi is one of the better ones here for providing assistance. And location/year matters due to differences in models between North America, Europe, and Japan. A difference of one day in build date can pull up completely different parts for the same version car (e.g. 2005 E55 built on 31 May 2005 versus 2006 E55 built on 1 June 2005 have different wiring harnesses and ECUs). Japanese model head units wiring is completely unlike those in Europe or North America so if you had a Japanese-spec car I wouldn't even attempt to assist on it.

Try here:
https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...les-chart.html

Multiple fuses to the system. Radio fuse is fuse panel, left side cockpit, F028.

Peace, out.
