yes, it was off center even before and still is. Also, the car is tracking straight now, but there is still a nasty vibration in the wheel at 55-60mph

Not good do they have the Hunter GSP 7000 balancer and if so do they know how to use it?

Thanks, I will ask them about the balancer....if they say yes, then I will be sure to ask if they know how to use it..

Improper usage of this machine can cause all kinds of balancing issues...a skilled operator is key. Good luck and I hope this helps.

My w211 pulls to left since we drive on the left over here and have RHD vehicles.

Never thought the tyres could be a problem...i guess they are not my oriiginals..since someone else has them. I have warranty on new tyres and alloys so may decide to have both replaced if it continues. The probelm is so severe i have to keep a force on wheel to right to make it go straight. On motorways driving a speed isn;t as easy as my Accord was. It seems to need more steering input than most cars i have driven to keep it straight. But with the problems i've had with Mbz dealers....I don't blame me for hesitating....to take it in.
