E320 2004 all gears stay on neutral i need help

Having transmission problems i need help i could change gear but the car wont move in reserve or drive seems like it stays on Neutral.

I had a situation that sounds similar. My shift linkage disconnected so that even though I moved the shift lever, nothing happened with the transmission.Good luck!
