E63 Warranty - Huge Price Gap

I recently went shopping for an aftermarket warranty and found two companies who were willing to cover the car. The price difference between the two of them was extreme and I am not sure if going the cheaper route will wind up biting me in the long run. Concord Auto Protect offered me 42 months/49,500 miles with $0 deductible, and maximum liability of $12,000 ($5,000 per claim) for $3,712 for their premium coverage. Carchex offered me 48 months/48,000 miles with $200 deductible and maximum liability of $15,000 for $5,800 for their premium coverage.

Both companies have very similar language in their contracts but the huge price discrepancy has me a little worried about the cheaper coverage. Has anyone had any experience with either of these companies, and more specifically, is there any reason to avoid Concord Auto Protect?

The car is a 2008 E63, 50K miles.

Thank you!

Well there's actually a W211 AMG forum and you could go ask there. But I have a 2008 E350 and I'd probably skip the warranty. Just make sure you get it check out and make sure it's problem free. The main issue with the E63 would be the head bolts if they haven't been done. Some claim that it can be done for 1k, but if they go on you, the engine is 25k so it sounds like neither warranty would cover you anyway.
