Just noticed wet pipes, trans, A/C?

Just noticed wet pipes, trans, A/C?
'05 E500 4Matic

While replacing breather hoses today, I noticed some wet pipes below lower radiator hose passenger side. Are these trans, A/C lines or neither? Please refer to kinda crappy pic & linked video if that isnt helpful. Thanks!
