That's funny.
Just think, you would also get better acceleraton and gas mileage with the decreased weight. Of course, this will be off-set by the increase in the drag coefficient.

you know, they really should get shorter people for these shots. I mean, do you really want to show people with their knees hitting the back of the seat or dashboard?
And the lady in the middle seat- I can't tell if she's happy or she's being tortured

hi
How much is the rear passenger option, is it only factory fit or can u get dealer fit. Although I could see this as a potential for rattles in the back.

I can see from the origin of the URL that the picture comes from Spain. Don't think this option/feature will be very popular up North when temp drops below zero. Looks like they also removed the Panorama

Looks like they're on there way to a bad taste party? Glad to see snakeskin slip-on shoes and Argyles are synonymous with the mercedes image in Spain

The simplification of the MB cars has been made necessary and is is due to "Magnificent mechanical engineering" coupled (now) with great styling, coupled with clumsy, obtuse electronic engineering on EVERY "creature comfort"/entertainment item. The Germans are big on "work" & not big on "fun". Eventually the MB Team will be forced by the competition to catch up to the rest of the "league" because the "Fan" wants BOTH in his expensive showpiece automobile.
Sometimes innovation for innovation's sake is not good. If copper wire is more stable in an automobile, then admit the mistake, abandon the fibre optic cable in the car & immediately go back to copper. Look at BMW's i-Drive...is it REALLY necessary to be able to adjust the seat heaters in 1 degree temperature increments? The seat back & the seat bottom are INDIVIDUALLY adjusted! IN 1 DEGREE INCREMENTS??? Whose @ss is that sensitive? Content AND dependability is where its at.
P.S. My '04 has been a pleasure so far except for the bizarre temporary electronic misbehaviors it randomly exhibits.
