Is this a fuse issue?

I have a 2003 E320. My turn signals, high beams, horn along with volume control and all buttons on the steering wheel is not functioning. I’d like to know if this has any other MB owners out there. I hate to take it to the dealership and charge me $150 to run diagnostic. Thank you

Could be a SAM. (Signal Acquisition Module.) The electrical systems are quite complicated on these cars and only the dealer or an independent shop with Mercedes expertise can determine the cause for sure. If it is a SAM, it needs to be coded to match the car, again something that only a specialist can do.
