Anyone has COMAND update CD?

Anyone has COMAND update CD?
Hi,
I bought my W211 with COMAND directly from DC in Germany (11/2003), since I am stationed in the USA for a few years. Now I got the "old" version of COMAND, without MP3 - this unit also ejects any CD on beeing switched on every once and awhile and then starts playing at track #1.
I contacted DC and asked for the update... they say I have to contact local dealer. Local dealer now says... it's the Euro COMAND, so we don't have an update. Basically I am kind of stuck here and don't want to wait until I get back to Germany.
Does anybody have an image of the Update CD so I can perform the update by myself? Cannot be that hard... updated my VW Nav back in Germany a few times.

Does anyone has the information about what needs to be updated by the dealer to fix this Track #1 problem? My car is in the dealership and they say they can't recreate this problem, I just want a TSB or something that I can give them and say "DO THIS!!"
