Bilstein Shocks
On their international web site, Bilstein, who apparently makes the Airmatic suspension (http://www2.bilstein.de/en/produkte/...technik.php3#4), lists 4 shocks for the W211 with standard suspension: their B6, B8, B12, and B16. It appears that the B8 and B12 are the same shocks, however the B12 includes springs. The B16 is their PSS9 system with externally double adjustable shocks.
The web site doesn't list prices and NONE of the shocks are listed on the US site. Does anyone know if they are available, their cost, and how to get them to the US.
Thanks,
David

Not yet. However we have 60k miles, and one way or another the shocks will have to be replaced shortly.

Give me about 4 weeks and I will get some Bilstein HD's and put on the rears.
I may farm out the fronts since I do not have spring compressors.
I have put them on 4 other rigs and have ever been disappointed.
