Defective Info Center Replaced

The info center (the instrument cluster above the steering wheel) was replaced under warranty. Occasionally a dark line would display down the center of the display, cutting off part of the "m" in "mph" as well as one of the numbers in the odometer.

Millennium in Bridgewater, NJ replaced the info center under warranty, but I have a couple of questions.

1. The Ambient Lighting option in the settings is gone. Is this setting available on the 2004 EClass under the lighting menu?

2. Does anyone know the part number for the update to the Audio 50 system to activate the display of CD titles?

3. Can RDS be activated on my system?

1) your dealership may not have reprogrammed the cluster correctly to include this feature

2) someone has to know it (is there really an update for that?)

3) well, in a fashion... but it requires replacing hardware and that involve expense
