I have a vibration in the engine and check engine light on. I scanned it for codes and got misfire in the 4-th cylinder. Which one is the 4-th cylinder? How are they numbered? If I am looking at the engine from the front, then the closest spark plug to me is on the passenger side (i.e. on my left). The furthest from me is on the driver side (i.e. on my right). Are they numbered from front of the car to the back of the car, so the 4-th cylinder would be in the middle on the driver side?

It is 2008 E350 4matic. The engine is 272 972 30
