New CL style grill in silver - Photos!

Got from Jerry and went on in 20 mins. I'm very happy with the look.

Thanks 1000 times!

The look is... different. I will get my grille(s) tomorrow and see them life! But the longer I look at your pics, the better it looks. Oh - life can be so hard. It's almost like sitting in a restaurant with 300 items on the menu. Why not just 1 - would be easier to decide.

Although I fell in love with the looks of my car just the way it is from the factory, I think this grill looks great..... You lose the contrast in colors found in the O.E.M grill but this one blends in very nicely and looks very clean... My only problem is that fugly front plate, its all I see...

Why not buy one of each.....put on the grill that you like depending on how you feel that day.

I hate the plate too (it was on when I bought the car). It looks worse in the pictures since it seems to attract focus.

Jay do you think this grill might look ok with pewter or is the silver a contrast?

I was undecided on the Silver vs. the Black and since the Silver was not in stock I decided to go with the Black. I think Jay's Silver car looks terrific I just think the Silver would not provide the same effect on a Pewter car but really without seeing one, it is really difficult to tell.

Since you all were complaining about the license plate, I decided to PHotoshop Jaybo's e55 for you to see...keep in mind it was a quick job

Thanks Harley...Well now I definitely have my opinions about the grill color choices:

1. Silver Grill - More justice can be done for this grill when combined with more agressive styling ie..bodykit, aftermarket wheels, etc...

2. Black Grill - A must for a more stock/clean low-profile look...

I'm still not 100% sure which route to take here guys...both look really good.

Hey Nevada, these CL grilles are catching my attention. I am interested in seeing the black with pewter. Any close ups?

WOW!!! I am drooling all over my keyboard with this thread. I am seriously thinking about getting the silver CL grill. It looks really good.

Anyone have any feedback between the silver or the black CL style grills on a Silver E?
