OK not equipped. Check behind right side trunk panel to see if vehicle is pre-wired for satellite radio should be power source & antenna that marry to unit shown. If so, install/activate satellite radio receiver, search current part # 2118706790. Should be plug & play if pre-wired however, if you experience any problems after may need to be coded into MOST loop using MB Xentry (diagnostics).

I added Sirius to my 2005. The installation was plug/play on that generation radio. The only issue I had was when Sirius tried to activate it. The radio froze. I confirmed I have the latest radio P.N for a w211. The solution was to downgrade to the music only (fewer channels) option. I found other posts that talked about the issue. Sirius was clueless. In 2005 the integrated antenna on the rear window did not include Sirius. You may need to add a separate antenna. Mine is currently sitting on the rear package shelf. Reception is OK but it is very sensitive any overhead obstruction, including tree lined streets.

They will send you a "special" only to take your card # and than bill you $20/month for music who is constantly reloading even downtown Las Vegas.
I took their offer for newer MB to use with live traffic. It was easy to sign-in and give them CC #, but then special ended and I wanted to switch to $3/month traffic service, it took me over 2 hr on chat rooms and telephone to finally get it done.
They will try to brainwash you for hours before they downgrade the service.

I have an external Sirius radio in my 2012 Jeep, which I'll just remove and install on my e350, but I am trying to avoid attaching another external antenna. I was hoping I could somehow use the existing antenna, but I'm thinking that unless I buy another receiver, that won't work. Thanks for responding
Hi to all MB lovers, I have a question, hope someone may have an answer for it.
I install a Sirius module from a 2007 E550 on my 2005 E320, according to Sirius the modulo has been activated and should be working fine but my command unit still showing NO ACTIVATED, The Sirius modulo still looking for the audio gateway on the 2007 and even if my command unit recognize the Sirius modulo still getting nothing, my question is : can the Sirius modulo be reprograming to my audio gateway and not the 2007.
Any answer will be really appreciated, going crazy with this thing. BTW I did the same with the NAV, Phone and Bluetooth and voice recognition and everything also is working great.
