I checked out the Ordering Guide for the new 2003 E Class and the only difference I can see between ordering an E320 and an E500W is in the Sport Package 772. Once you order a Sport Package for your E320W you will get as extra:

489 Airmatic Dual Control

As Airmatic is standard for the E500W.

Thought about sharing that info with you.
