Welcome! Please post a photo of the E320.
On the surface, the fit is not obvious. There are no common part numbers when looking on mercedesbenzstarparts.com and in EPC. I checked using VINs from one car of each model year from cargurus.
Try putting your VIN number into mercedesbenzstarparts and see what part numbers come up.
For the list below, first I checked mercedesbenzstarparts, then confirmed with EPC.
210-820-37-61 2000 E320 headlamp assembly left w/o xenon --> same part number shown in EPC, no superseded number identified
210-820-43-61 2000 E320 headlamp assembly left w/ xenon
211-820-03-61 2005 E320 headlamp assembly left w/o bi-xenon --> same part number shown in EPC, no superseded number identified
211-820-17-61 2005 E320 headlamp assembly left w/ bi-xenon w/o corner lamps
211-820-23-61-64 2005 E320 headlamp assembly left w/ bi-xenon w/ corner lamps

MBWorld Fanatic!
The 2000 is a W210 chassis and the car was redesigned for 2003 to start the W211 chassis. The headlights are not interchangeable as the design is totally different. Or are you talking specifically about bulb size? I would not think these are cross compatible either, the W210 was a diffuser/reflector and the W211 was a projector.
