Hi all,
I’ve purchased an X Pipe from Amazon with a 2.25 inch diameter and was curious as to whether it would fit as a resonator delete for my e500. I’ve found someone to do the work in exchange for them getting to keep the resonator, provided I provide all the parts.

So first: what is the width of the e500 exhaust, and would my 2.25 x pipe and extender pipe fit without modification?

if I need to return the x pipe I need to do so by Friday when the return window closes.

On my 2007 e550 the x-pipe I used was a 2.5 inch diameter..
