I talked to EUROREV people.. they said.. changing the pulley will knock off the balance and cause engine problem in the long run(after a year or 2) I don't know if that's true or not. 3rd, now that you have the parts.. you can clearly tell that they are aftermarket modification parts?? shoot.... that's not good. have you touch it yet??! Wait!! I thought we are all gonna get it together!!

ones too fast according to CHP!
As I stated above, the pulleys are not the same size. They are slightly larger. This is how the underdrive is acheived. I think that there was a misunderstaning.
Also, you will not void your warranty with pulleys, that is illegal as per the Magnusson Moss Federal Warranty Act. There is also no long term harm - no worries of balance, these are perfectly balanced. That is just a competitor trying to do what some competitors do - give false information to try to stop you from buying what they don't sell. If they claim that, ask them to speak to their engineer that can support that comment. :v
Realize, pulleys are not new science. They have been used since the earlies days of US hot-rodding. This is a very old trick, we were just the first to apply it to Mercedes.
Thanks
Brad

I will be out of town this week (leaving Wednesday 11th evening) and my not have internet access (I'm still looking for a hotel).
What is the final price after the discounts and shipping (I'm on the east coast)?
Thanks to the person that did all the leg-work for this.
BTW, I have a 1998 C280 (V6 of course). I can't wait for my extra 12 HP in first gear!

C280Sportster,
You should check out this thread for the group buy:

Unfortunately I missed it, but nothing that I'm too bummed about.

guys
I talked to Mike a Evosports. he said once we get 10 people he will give us the discount. so let's gather everyone's contact info.
Also I talked to a dealer (auto steigler in Encino) the shop forman said changing the pulley won't void the warranty. But he does't think it's worth spending money for only 5% gain... OH well. Oh, you can also bring the kit to the dealer, they will install it. $$$ but for a peace of mind.
