is it normal that pre face lift w211 steering wheel when going in corner doesn't fully come back i noticed this first time when i bought the car the wheel is not hard to turn also alignment is good

What happens when you let go of the wheel on a straight LEVEL stretch of road?
One of the elements of a proper alignment is that which returns the wheel to center (straight) when the wheel is let go. I'd get a second opinion on the alignment AFTER lifting the front end and turning the steering from lock to lock to check for binding.
