W211 starts shaking when DPF Regen
Hello guys, help pls
My E280 2005 starts shaking when DPF regenerate. and It starts regeneration once a week, about 100 miles. I know a have an error Mass Airflow but i don't think they are related. I don;t know how to solve that. Car shake is annoying. Any suggestion what to do..??

How do you know that, DPF is not blocked, and does not show any error in scan.and the DPF value are low. Also car does not go in limp mode or below 3000 RPM. I think the DPF sensor is the problem which put the DPF in regen mode too often. D oyou guys know for sure, or how to check DPF sensor ?
