Anyone know a good W211 e63 exhaust system?
All I’ve done is delete the resonator, but I want to be able to make my car go from silent to so loud you can hear my car from a mile away with the flip of a switch. Any recommendations? I also don’t want it to sound crappy. Want it loud but smooth and deep.

Not sure if it is any different from the E63 muffler, but the C63 muffler has been said to also get the effect you're looking for--subdued but can get mean when you want.
A third option is a J-Pipe system. Arfisch installed this on his E500 (link). According to him, the J-Pipe eliminates uncomfortable drone, and allows it to be moderately quiet when you need be.
