I heard one of my rear windows squeak on two occasions. However, it was limited to those 2 occasions, otherwise it's been silent. I cannot recall if it was particularly damp or during some extreme weather condition though. GL.

Try using Rain-X on your side windows. I don't use it on the windshield but I do use it on the side windows. Also, try putting your windows down while they are wet to see if that maybe helps clean the guides. Good luck!
