2009 E350 Sunroof cover fabric coming unglued
The upholstery place quoted me $200. That seems ridiculous for what looks to be something I could probably do at home. Anybody have any idea how to do this?

It looks like you can remove the sliding panel from the outside, through the sunroof opening. You would then have to remove the fabric, clean up the old adhesive from the panel, and reglue the fabric with the proper 3M spray adhesive.

I tried it on my previously owned 2003 E320. Removed the panel but I was not able to re-glue it so it would look good.
Ended up purchasing a used panel on eBay and swapped it. Cheaper than 200 bucks, but definitely better looking than what I tried to glue.
