That list seems questionable to say the least. BMW can't get rid of the Z4 even with a $4500 incentive, yet it is supposed to maintain about 50% of its value over 5 years???
IMO, go to leasecompare.com to get a good read on the residual values of cars. It is in the finance company's interest to be reasonably close so they don't screw themselves, yet remain competitive.

Hmmm... RS4 - I haven't been keeping track of Audi since I sold the S4. If the RS4 is based on the current S4 - it's a bit small for me. That was the main reason going to the E500 - more room and comfort for this aging body.
